- Please arrive with clean, dry hair to help ensure longevity for your hairstyle. For makeup services, arrive with clean, moisturized skin.
- Bring pictures of hairstyles and makeup to guide your stylists to create the perfect look for you.
- Bring in your headpieces, veil, and any hair accessories to try on, even at the trial run.
- On the day of your wedding, you are invited to bring any drinks or food that you feel will make your day more special. If you plan to bring food etc. please notify us in advance as we will set up a serving area prior to your arrival. We offer complimentary water, coffee and tea.
- Most importantly, please be on time for your wedding day appointments.
- Additional fees may apply if shampooing or blow drying is required.

BRIDAL APPOINTMENT Request
- We are by appointment only.
- Before booking an appointment, please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means if you need to change an appointment, you need to do so at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in us reserving the right to charge 50% of the total cost of services for canceling the day of the appointment and 100% for missed appointments.
- We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Please note that we no longer can add gratuity to your credit card payment. It must be cash, check or Venmo. We have an ATM in the salon for your convenience.
